Dispute Toll Violation
TIMELY DISPUTE: The violation enforcement center must receive the dispute within 60 days from notice issuance date. The enforcement center processes all violation disputes within 5 business days. Submitting a dispute will not change the due date of a notice. Click below to submit a dispute.
ACCOUNT IN GOOD STANDING: If you are an EZ-pass customer and you believe your account was in good standing at the time of the violation transactions on the notice, please click below to provide supporting documentation/E-ZPass statement.
