TIMELY DISPUTE: The violation enforcement center must receive the dispute within 30 days from notice issuance date. The enforcement center processes all violation disputes within 5 business days. Submitting a dispute will not change the due date of a notice. If this matter proceeds to court, disputes and payment can be handled only by the court.

ACCOUNT IN GOOD STANDING: If you are a E-ZPass Customer and you believe your account was in good standing at the time of the violation transactions on the notice. Please mail supporting documentation/E-ZPass statement to address listed above
Missed A Toll?
Missing a toll happens. And when it does, it’s best to deal with your payment sooner rather than later.
That’s why we offer our customers a 10-day window to pay for a missed toll before we send an invoice. And if we do send you an invoice, it’s a quick fix. Simply use the forms below to take care of any invoices or recent missed tolls.
Payments by Mail:
1) Enclose a check or money order payable to Dulles Greenway
2) Write the E-ZPass Transponder number on your check or money order
