Packet Pick-Up and Wellness Expo Set for May 2 Ahead of May 3 Race
Sterling, VA — Run The Greenway is bringing even more purpose and energy to race weekend with the introduction of a Wellness Expo during Packet Pick-Up from 10am to 4pm on Saturday, May 2, 2026, at Lightridge High School. The race itself will take place on Sunday, May 3, 2026, along the Dulles Greenway starting and ending at Loudoun Station.
The Wellness Expo is designed to elevate the race experience beyond the starting line, offering participants, families, and community members an opportunity to engage with local wellness providers, fitness experts, and health-focused businesses while picking up their race materials.
Attendees can expect a dynamic, community-driven environment featuring health and wellness vendors, interactive experiences, giveaways, and resources that support overall well-being. The event is free and open to the public, encouraging both runners and non-runners to attend.
“We wanted to create something that reflects what Run The Greenway truly stands for,” said Terry Hoffman. “This event is about more than a race. It’s about community, movement, and making wellness accessible to everyone. The Wellness Expo allows us to bring people together in a meaningful way before race day even begins.”
Participants are strongly encouraged to attend the May 2 expo to pick up their race packets in advance, helping to streamline race day operations and allow for a more seamless start on May 3.
Run The Greenway continues to serve as a powerful community event, supporting local nonprofits and Loudoun County Public Schools while bringing together thousands of participants each year. The addition of the Wellness Expo reinforces the event’s commitment to health, connection, and giving back.
